Receiving his Master Plumbers license is one of the highlights of his life.ĭoug is licensed by the State Board of Plumbing Examiners and holds Journeyman, Master and Inspector licenses with MPFPS, WSPS and Med Gas Endorsements.

He started his career in plumbing in 1988 and was fortunate enough to work for Master Plumbers who not only taught him the plumbing trade but also to explain how it works and why.

Doug desires to pass along the knowledge he has received over the years. Doug’s goal is to teach and train the current and next generation of plumbers to protect the health of Texas. We are proud to add Doug McAfee to our program. Johnny is currently a Texas approved Provider and Instructor of Continuing Education and Journeyman and Tradesman required training classes as well as Medical Gas Endorsement Training and Multi-purpose Residential Fire Sprinkler Specialist Endorsement Training and WSPS. He taught in the high school setting as well as adult education. Johnny holds a Master in Education and has taught all aspects of construction and code. Johnny administered the state exam to plumbers and apprentices from 1989 to 2008.Īs an examiner for Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners, Johnny actively participated in developing the exam.
